Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure  

On October 7, 2016,  Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that interested shareholders and analysts are invited to participate in a brief quarterly Q&A session following the completion of the prepared remarks on Liberty Interactive Corporation’s (“LIC”) third quarter earnings conference call. During this Q&A session management will be accepting questions regarding both LIC and the Company.  Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Greg Maffei, will host the conference call on Tuesday, November 8th at 12:00 p.m. (E.S.T.). During the call, Mr. Maffei may discuss the financial performance and outlook of both companies, as well as other forward looking matters.  

On October 11, 2016, the Company announced that it will webcast its annual Investor Meeting on Thursday, November 10, 2016 with presentations beginning at approximately 10:20 a.m. (E.S.T.).  During these presentations, observations may be made regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook.
